Pilatus Playmakers

Pilatus PC-12 Market Overview – February 2025

General / February 23, 2025

A few nights ago, while watching the Super Bowl, I couldn’t help but think about the journey these men take to reach the pinnacle of their profession. Countless hours of work in the gym, daily fundamental drills, endless film sessions —all leading up to the moment when they put their work on display in front of 126 million people. They’re damn good at what they do. Some may say they have mastered their craft (although our Chiefs didn’t look like it this time around).

Many of our readers have achieved this same level of excellence in their own field. Whether you’re the best custom home builder, sheet metal manufacturer, car dealer, or a high-achieving financial advisor, you didn’t reach that level of success overnight. It took years of hard work and dedication for you to become the best at what you do.

The moment where we shine, where all of our hard work comes to the forefront and the lights are shining on us is with each and every project we touch.  We are only judged by our latest success or failure. We can have 10 years of success, but all it takes is one failure to leave a stain. This reality drives our entire team to keep improving. We spend thousands of hours flying, hundreds of hours overseeing maintenance events, attending seminars, pursuing continuing education, and networking to strengthen relationships—all so we can provide the best solutions for you. These are our drills, our film sessions, our weight room.

In 2024, our team participated in 17.3% of the worldwide preowned PC-12 projects. That’s a lot of pre-buy inspections, contract negotiations, test flights, marketing initiatives, and delivery ceremonies. Last year, our team put together 75 Pilatus Appraisal Reports (PARs) for PC-12 owners and operators (shameless plug: reach out if you ever want to know what your airplane is worth). We are proud to say that for those who received one of our PARs and elected to sell their aircraft, with or without JetSwiss, achieved on average 98.8% of the value we suggested. Right on PAR 😉 Meanwhile, our marketing team published 12 issues of this very publication while increasing its viewership by 28%.

Of course, we’d love the opportunity to help you buy or sell a Pilatus, but that’s not the only reason we do what we do. Providing good data, offering reliable solutions, and being there throughout the ownership journey—that’s what earns trust and long-term partnerships.

We’re not sharing these stats to pat ourselves on the back. We want you to know that every project we take on is our Super Bowl. Whether it’s discussing your engine borescope results with a Pratt & Whitney expert, sorting through 498 administrative emails in a single transaction, or strategizing a marketing plan, our team is geared up for a win. When you need us, we’re ready!

Wishing you a fantastic year ahead, and as always, thank you for your continued support of our little pre-owned Pilatus firm.

Fly safe,

The JetSwiss Team
