Pilatus Appraisal Report (PAR)

Are you on par with your pilatus?

We’ve all seen it before… An aircraft sits on the market for months, its price dropping little by little, until finally, it sells for less than it should have. That’s what happens when pricing isn’t done right the first time.

When you’re selling a pre-owned Pilatus, your best chance at a quick, high-value sale happens in the first 30-60 days. Buyers are watching, and if your price is out of sync with the market, they’ll move on. Price too high, and you lose momentum. Price too low, and you leave money on the table.

History of the Pilatus appraisal report

For more than 11 years, we have diligently studied Pilatus aircraft values and the components that truly drive them. As a boutique firm focused exclusively on pre-owned Pilatus aircraft, our ability to interpret data at a precise, micro-economic level is what sets JetSwiss apart.

Several years ago, we found ourselves increasingly dissatisfied with traditional “book values.” Legacy valuation providers such as Aircraft Bluebook and Vref rely heavily on standardized amortization schedules and broker-submitted inputs–often based on data that was months old and sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars removed from real market performance.

Meanwhile, we were living in the real market every day. The real-time data we were gathering from actual buyers and sellers simply did not support the “old way” of valuation.

Purpose built for pilatus

We engaged outside consultants to study the variables that meaningfully impact aircraft value, such as year model, equipment & avionics, airframe hours, engine hours, cosmetic condition, and many more. By incorporating and weighting true value-driving components through a proprietary algorithm, the Pilatus Appraisal Report (PAR) was born.

Our algorithm instantly calculates a value and integrates recently sold aircraft data. That number is then back-tested against completed transactions to verify real-world accuracy.

The result is a dynamic, living appraisal system built specifically for the Pilatus market. Today, we are proud to say the PAR has been tested to 99% accuracy.

the red bow reward

When a JetSwiss project is complete, it is delivered with a red bow on top. The red bow is a symbol of success and a reflection of a well-executed project.

Consistently, JetSwiss listings achieve a premium above market peers, alternative sales channels, and often even above our own PAR-calculated value. We affectionately call this premium the Red Bow Reward.

The Red Bow Reward represents measurable value created through preparation, transparency, disciplined process, risk reduction, and strategic market positioning. When information is organized, risk is reduced, and the story is clearly told, buyers move faster and negotiate differently.
