Aircraft Condition Evaluation

INSPECTED. VERIFIED. ACE’D.

So, you’ve found the perfect Pilatus. Fantastic! At JetSwiss, we take it one step further–making sure it’s fully inspected and truly move-in ready. That’s where our Aircraft Condition Evaluation, or ACE, comes in.

JetSwiss’ expert technicians and flight crews evaluate each aircraft, examining the logbooks and records, conducting visual inspections, test flights, engine exams, etc. This summary or ‘ACE’ report provides our clients with a detailed look at every rivet, component, and record for a subject aircraft. This gives them 100% clarity to make a buying decision and provide the landscape for future ownership.

The Road to Red-Bow Ready

Thorough Logbook Research

Fear not, we’ve got this. Our Maintenance Director, who brings over 20 years of Pilatus-specific experience, reviews all aircraft records in detail. The review incorporates these records and more:

  • Aircraft logbooks: When’s the propeller overhaul due? Please refer to your insightful ACE report or friendly JetSwiss team member.
  • Maintenance facility status sheet
  • CAMP report

Walkaround Inspection

As a part of this protocol, our team takes pictures and video of every scratch, divot, and rivet. This documents the condition of the aircraft and identifies even the small areas that might otherwise have been overlooked.

Documented Loose Equipment

Now, when you purchase a Pilatus with JetSwiss, it comes fully furnished! We document all loose equipment, such as aircraft covers and software install kits to ensure that your move is as smooth as possible.

Borescope Inspection

Using advanced, high-value equipment, we conduct an in-house borescope inspection to evaluate the heart of the aircraft—the engine. As one of the most critical and expensive components, this inspection ensures there are no concerns with its condition.

Multiple Production-Level Test Flights

One, two, three test flights is how we fly at JetSwiss. As a part of our internal protocols, every aircraft undergoes a minimum of three test flights. Generally speaking, they consist of:

    1. A Post-Inspection Test Flight: to reposition the aircraft from annual to JetSwiss headquarters
    2. A Pre-Delivery Test Flight: prior to customer acceptance
    3. A Send-Off Flight: at delivery day!

Maintenance Analysis Examination

MAXimizing your value with JetSwiss means providing you with a detailed maintenance status for the aircraft, as well as cost projections for up to three years in the future.

In conclusion, you aren’t just buying a Pilatus with JetSwiss, you’re stepping into ownership with complete confidence.
