The training topic of TO LIFT is a wide-open topic—You can do it in an aircraft, you can do it in a simulator, you can do a little bit of both… Ground school, in the airplane, etc. The biggest thing about training is fitting the training aspect to the actual project itself. You don’t take a 20,000-hour airline guy and send him to school in the airplane and say, ‘go have fun.’ Most good pilots will be respectful of new airframes that they are not acclimated to. We will spend time flying with that guy or gal and acclimate them to the aircraft etc. But more importantly, it is really fitting the right training solution for the right pilot and project. That is the key. It is not just a pull-down the lever, one size fits all.
